HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER
Shopping at Swank is easy. Just browse the store using our product and brand label links.
"What's Hot" helps you find the newest fashions we have in store and keeps you up to date with the latest offers.
When you have found something you like, just select the size required and click add to cart and then checkout. Products can be added or changed
at any time so you can continue shopping at your leisure.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Standard Delivery - £2.99
Our standard delivery service takes up to 5 working days to be delivered we use royal mail signed for service if no one is able to take delivery a
card will be left informing you to collect your delivery from your local post office depot, deliveries are held at your local post office depot for
10 working days and will be then sent back to us if you have not collected the delivery by then.
FREE Delivery
FREE delivery is activated once you have spent over £50.00 your
order will be sent out on the standard delivery royal mail signed
for service and will be delivered within 5 working days.
International Delivery - £12.99
For orders outside of the United Kingdom are sent out using the International
Royal Mail Signed for Service, the item will be delivered within
10 working days. Please email us at swankinternational@swankclothing.co.uk for
any further information you may require.
More delivery information
We aim to despatch your order the same day it's placed, orders placed after
3pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. If you
wish to track your order online, please email a request to order-tracking@swankclothing.co.uk,
including your name, date and order number, and we will then send you updated
delivery time. The standard delivery service is not issued a tracking number
if your order is not delivered after 5 days please contact us and will investigate
the matter further.
If you're not in when your parcel is delivered, the carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will
be instructions on how to obtain your parcel.
PRIVACY POLICY
Swank Clothing does not disclose buyer's information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of
your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
We have put in place various security procedures in order to prevent unauthorised access, to maintain data accuracy and to ensure the correct
use of information, including the use of secure passwords, firewall technology, restricted access to certain parts of the website and browser
certification technology.
Your credit card details are protected by Pay Point Secure and can't be accessed in any way. We keep all your information confidential.
DISCLAIMER
Availability
Although we do everything
in our power to ensure the content of the website is current, occasionally
items may be out of stock. If any part of your order is unavailable,
we will email to inform you and your card will only be debited
the amount of the available items.
Colours
We do our best to accurately
represent the items in our photography. However, as we have no
control over our customers’ monitor settings (colours, resolution,
etc.) we cannot guarantee colours will be exactly as they appear
on our website. Furthermore, some of the items we sell have a ‘vintage’ or ‘distressed’ finish
which commonly have some variety in production.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to
us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will
issue a full refund upon receipt and examination. If you require
a different product you will need to place a new order online and
return the original item for a refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable
unless you have received a faulty or wrong item from us.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered,
please e-mail returns-exchange@swankclothing.co.uk quoting
your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the
reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We
will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Please allow 2 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a
refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming
this (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation
email was sent). After receiving the return confirmation email, please
allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your
account.
This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of
our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you
made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (i.e.
the card had been declined or has expired) we will send a cheque to your
billing address.
PART OF ORDER MISSING
Regrettably mistakes can happen. If you have received your order and an item
is missing, please email customer-services@swankclothing.co.uk quoting
your order number and the missing item, and we will investigate the matter
further.
RETURN POSTAGE
If you are returning a non-faulty item to us for a refund, then the cost
of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Please note, the item is your
responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we
recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that
insures you for the value of the goods.
If the item you received is
faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail returns-exchange@swankclothing.co.uk quoting
your order number, your name and address, details of the product,
and details of the fault/ mistake. We will then advise on how to
proceed with the return.
* Note: when trying on items of clothing, please
ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant
which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable
to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that
these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned
in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
